Culture Day

Today was Culture day. We ate foods from Germany, India, China, Thailand, Wales and Scotland. We played games, learnt some other languages and did some cool art. Some of us had hangi for lunch too. We all had an awesome day.

ASB Get Wise

Gary from ASB bank came to talk to us about using money carefully and looking after our money. He told us to " Spend some on you and save some too,"

Disco

We all had so much fun at the disco on Friday night. 

Museum Visit

We went to the museum today to meet Esther from the Suter Art programme. She told us about the First World War and how important family was to the soldiers. We thought about our families and what they mean to us and painted some little flags to put on our mural.

Red or yellow and black day

Today we dressed up for mufti day. We were raising money to help Deanna and her family who are in Christchurch hospital.
